Tenancy and Retail Management Consultant - Plaza and Student Hub

⁠⁠⁠Flinders University's new Plaza and Student Hub creates a new heart for the University's Bedford Park campus. It delivers new facilities for students, and creates an inspirational space for students to live, learn and play. The plaza includes a terraced amphitheatre for learning, socialising, outdoor concerts and relaxation, and enables the University to engage with local community. A new retail offering has been created consisting of twelve food and beverage outlets, plus the ability to rotate through food vans, and five destinational retail providers.

Flinders University seeks an experienced provider of Commercial Property Management Services (CPMS) and Financial and Accounting Management Services (FAMS) to undertake the effective administration, operation and management of the University's properties and associated facilities within the Plaza and Student Hub.
