Street Tree Maintenance and Associated Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Bayswater invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake street tree maintenance and associated services to ensure compliance with the Office of Energy Safety requirements for powerline clearance in an appropriate and timely manner while maintaining the overall health, aesthetic appearance, amenity value and safety of the City's tree assets for a 15 month period until 30 June 2017, with two options for extension of twelve months each.

Applicants are required to attend a ‘Mandatory Information Meeting’ scheduled for Wednesday, 27 January 2016 commencing at 9:00am at the Paddy Walker Works Depot, 15 Wright Street, Bayswater. Failure to attend will disqualify the tender submission from consideration or evaluation.

Deadline: Tenders close on Thursday, 4 February 2016 at 4.00pm. Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and description and lodged in the Tender Box at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.

Tender Statement: Tenders submitted by electronic mail or facsimile will not be accepted. The City of Bayswater will not be submitting an in-house bid for this tender and is not bound to accept the lowest tender and may decline to accept any tender. Canvassing of Elected Members and Officers will automatically disqualify any tender submitted.
