Provision of Catering Service for a Range of Meetings & Functions at the City of South

⁠⁠⁠The City of South Perth (City) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced catering companies, persons or organisations interested in providing a catering service for a range of meetings and functions held at the City.

The Tender must be lodged by the Deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) Thursday 4 February 2016.

The Tender is to be lodged electronically (electronic tender box option below).

Mailed, electronic mailed Tenders, hand delivered and Tenders submitted by facsimile or telephone will not be accepted. Tenderers must ensure that all electronic submission files are clearly named with the:
Principal's Tender Number (i.e. RFT 4/2016) and Tenderer's Name.

The Principal's preferred format for the Tender documents are to be submitted as supplied. If the City supplies a word document then you must supply a word document. If the City supplies an Excel spread sheet then you must supply an Excel spread sheet. When uploading your documents into Tenderlink, the documents must be as nominated.

Any brochures, pamphlets or other supporting documentation shall be included either in the same file or a separate file. If in a separate file; such documentation shall be fully cross referenced to the appropriate section of the submission.

The City accepts no responsibility in the event that a Tender is not lodged by the deadline.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
