Balcony and Drainage Repairs Artillery Barracks Perth.
Recast entire balcony slab concrete with improved reinforcement to meet Australian Standards. Remove and replace corroded steel edge beams, degraded timber posts and damaged steel handrails on the balcony. Refurbish the cast iron columns to mitigate internal corrosion. Recast partial staircase concrete as damage justifies. Repair one timber ceiling member.
