On 17 December 2015, Defence held a Market Briefing in relation to procuring Systems Integrators to undertake implementation services for the Defence business transformation program - Defence Insight.

Following the Market Briefing, a Market Briefing Information Pack (MBIP) was released on AusTender. The MBIP can be accessed at ATM ID CIOG 528/15 MB1.

The purpose of this Market Sounding Questionnaire is to seek insight and feedback from the market as it relates to the ideas and concepts described in the MBIP. Responding to this Market Sounding Questionnaire is not mandatory. Defence will not use this Market Sounding Questionnaire (and responses received) to formally shortlist suppliers for any future procurement processes.
