PL558 Water Treatment Units - Townsville & Mt Isa

⁠⁠⁠This One Off Purchase Arrangement is being established primarily for the procurement of Water Treatment Units funded through the Health Technology Equipment Replacement Program.

* As part of this offer, offerers will be requested to supply a quotation for the following sites:
  * Mt Isa Hospital: 8 chairs currently operating between 0730-2115 on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday (16 patients per day) and 0730-1600 Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (8 patients per day). Expected growth for this service is to increase operational hours to 0730-1600 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday which would be the maximum capacity for this service (total of 32 patients).
  * Townsville - North Ward Health Campus Renal Satellite: 11 chairs currently operating between 0715-2115 Monday to Saturday (22 patients per day). This service is currently at maximum capacity (total of 44 patients).
  * Townsville - Home Hill Hospital Renal Satellite: 8 chairs currently operating between 0645-1500 on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8 patients per day). Expected growth for this service is to increase operational hours to 0645-1500 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Maximum capacity for this service would be 2 shifts per day (16 patients per day 6 days per week with a total of 32 patients).
  * Townsville Hospital Redevelopment: Currently capacity up to 43 patients per day (3 shifts) Monday through to Saturday. Hours of operation are 0630-2230. Current redevelopment project would increase capacity to 30 treatment spaces/patients per shift (maximum 60 patients per day).
* A mandatory site inspection will be conducted at each of the above sites. Please see Section C clause 5.11 (b) for the times and locations of the site inspections.
* The mandatory site visits will be as follows:
Tuesday 9th February
Mt isa Hospital Site Visit - 1pm - 3pm

Wednesday 10th February
Home Hill Hospital Site Visit - 9:30am - 11:30pm
North Ward Campus Site Visit - 1:30pm - 3:30pm
