Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of electrical maintenance services for Hunter Water Corporation's Head Office Building, located at 36 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle, for a two (2) year period with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
Planned Preventative Maintenance and Testing must be carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standard and BCA requirement.
As a minimum maintenance will include:
* Emergency Lighting & Exit Signs
* Lightning Protection Inspection
* Annual Certification & Report - Fire Safety Statement, Emergency Lighting & Exit Signs
* Main Switchboards, Inspection and Service
* Distribution Boards, Inspections
* Thermographic Testing
* Earth Testing
* Power Factor Correction Equipment Inspection
