Marrickville Council invites submissions, from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, for roof renewal and improvements at Marrickville Town Hall, including:
* Roof sheeting removal & replacement
* Sarking & insulation
* Gutter over flashing, parapet repair and encapsulation, overflows
* Gang ways, ladders and rails to roof space
* Harness point provision
* Dektites to all penetrations
* New hatch access

Tenderers are required to: Demonstrate their capacity; financial and technical capability for delivering products and services; have had previous experience on similar sized projects; and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

There will be an optional site inspection meeting, where no questions will be responded to, to be held at 12noon on 18th January, 2016 (please wear appropriate PPE gear) and a separate Q&A meeting, to be held at 2pm on 19th January, 2016, 2-14 Fisher St, Petersham, 2049.
