Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of floodlighting including associated works.

Work will include the removal of existing floodlighting infrastructure and the design, supply and installation of new sportsground floodlighting and associated electrical works at the 4(four) sites, according to the specifications provided.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting for the project will be held at: The Banksia Room Level 6, 31 Victor Street on Tuesday 19 January 2016 commencing at 10:00am followed by individual site visits.

Council will provide a Presentation at Council Offices. Chatswood Oval is in walking distance from Council Offices and will be visited first. Willoughby Oval including Alan Hyslop Oval will then be inspected. Naremburn Park will be in the final site visit. All prospective Tenderers are invited to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
