Request for Proposal to Provide Legal Services

⁠⁠⁠LandCorp aims to establish a limited Panel of Legal Consultants (minimum of 2) with requisite experience and expertise in the land and property development industry to assist LandCorp with the delivery of strategic projects for the State. It is intended that the Panel will comprise of a minimum of two Legal Consultants varying in size and capabilities.

LandCorp requires a broad range of legal services. Legal services span the provision of legal counsel and advice, assisting with the negotiation and preparation of documents, acting in relation to litigation and other dispute resolution processes and including but not limited to:
* Property & Infrastructure
* Due Diligence;
* Approvals process (environmental, planning, native title, heritage);
* Construction;
* Sales, leasing, and licensing; and
* Partnering and development agreements.

General:
* Employment & workplace relations;
* Insurance;
* Commercial;
* Corporate governance;
* Taxation;
* Dispute resolution including litigation;
* Intellectual property;
* Occupational health and safety; and
* Trade practices.

Policy:
* Government policy reform;
* New legislation;
* Restructuring;
* Procurement and tendering; and
* Western Australian Land Authority Act advice and other legislative advice.
