The City of South Perth invites detailed submissions from experienced and qualified companies or persons for the supply of public artwork for Ernest Johnson Reserve Stage 2 within the City of South Perth.

The Ernest Johnson Reserve Master Plan is an $11 million project that aims to accommodate the needs of relevant sporting clubs, community groups, and the local residents and stakeholders to produce a contemporary, functional, integrated and sustainable community facility.

The facility is due to commence construction mid-2016 and the City of South Perth is seeking to commission an artist or artist team to develop a number of small-scale, interactive and/or functional artworks to be integrated into the development of this new facility.

EJ Reserve is located in South Perth (bounded by South Terrace, Sandgate Street and Hensman Street) and is centrally located to the City of South Perth Civic Centre, the Angelo Street shopping strip and Wesley College.

The EOI must be lodged by the Deadline. The Deadline for this Request is 2.00pm (AWST) Friday 29 January 2016.

The EOI is to be lodged electronically by utilising the Tenderlink E-Tendering website: (see option below).

Mailed, electronic mailed Tenders, hand delivered and Tenders submitted by facsimile or telephone will not be accepted. Tenderers must ensure that all electronic submission files are clearly named.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
