Tender Description
This is a Quality Assurance Contract.
Request for Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the upgrade of HW10 Pacific Highway Upgrade, Woolgoolga to Ballina - Early Works Wave 5A Contract. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, fencing, drainage, foundation treatments and associated works between Wooli Road and Tyndale.
Prequalification:
* Roadworks Catergory R3 or higher
* Financial Level F75 or higher
The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement for: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful applications being awarded. Copies of the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au and www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au respectively.
This is a joint Federal and State funded project.
The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) apply to this project. These documents are available at www.employment.gov.au/BuildingCode.
It is a requirement for this project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme at the time of entering into the contract for the contract work and while the contract work is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at www.fsc.gov.au.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 January 2016 at a location to be confirmed prior. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming Request for tender.
To obtain a copy of all documentation online payment of $55 (including GST) is required. Upon payment, an automated email (receipt) will be sent to both the RMS nominated email address and your nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Primary Contact of the applicant).
Upon receipt, a link to TeamBinder™ and login details will be sent to your nominated email address. A soft copy of the Tender documentation must be downloaded from the TeamBinder™.
