Department of Transport (DoT) has a requirement for the provision of the Taxi Users' Subsidy Scheme (TUSS) voucher processing services to Western Australian (WA) on-demand transport operators and drivers, including the validation of vouchers, via on-line data entry to DoT.

On-demand transport operators and drivers encompasses all persons who drive a vehicle for hire and reward, e.g. taxi, limousines, Small Charter Vehicles (SCVs) and other Omnibus. TUSS is a voucher based subsidy scheme for people with a severe disability that always prevents them using a conventional public transport bus service.
