Tender Description
Maitland City Council intends to redevelop the former waste disposal depot located on Anambah Road, Rutherford into a sports and recreational complex. A site review has been undertaken and a Masterplan adopted by Council. Council is now seeking the services of a consultant to develop the Masterplan to a detailed design, prepare development approval documentation for submission to the Joint Regional Planning Panel and prepare preliminary cost estimates to inform Council's budgets.
