King Park Amenities Building Sewer Repairs

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council has an amenities building at King Park, Raymond Terrace that requires repairs to the sewer system in the ground floor of the building.

The building has been constructed on a decommissioned landfill site using piles to bedrock and reinforced concrete beams and slabs to support the structure. The ground floor sewer drainage system has been damaged when the soil beneath the concrete floors has settled and disconnected sections of the pipework.

Port Stephens Council requires the services of a contractor who has the capacity and expertise to remove sections of the reinforced concrete floors, reinstate the drainage system and then replace the floors to the structural specification which is provided.
