Wet Hire of Plant & Crew Hire for 2016

⁠⁠⁠Please find below links to Council’s Tender Documents for the 2016 Wet Hire of Individual Plant Items and Crew Hire (Council’s Panel of Preferred Suppliers).

Due to substantial changes in the proposed contracting arrangements, no charge will apply for Tender Documents this year. Tender Documents (and the required spreadsheet) need to be submitted in digital and hard copy (in the format provided).

The shorter timeframe offered for Tendering is due to the requirement for Council to go into caretaker period during the election. It is hoped the panel can be appointed by March 2016.

A Tender Briefing is scheduled for 2.00 PM, Friday January 15, 2016. The Briefing will be held at Council’s Administration Centre, 10 Furneaux Street, Cooktown QLD 4895.

You must deliver to Council (have placed in the Tender Box) by 2.00 PM, Thursday January 28, 2016
* Your original tender response (paper copy)
* Your plant checklist
* Any supporting documentation requested in the Specification
* A digital copy of your completed plant spreadsheet (on a USB Stick or CD/DVD)
* A digital copy of your completed tender response in Word Format (on a USB Stick or CD/DVD).

Please ensure you give complete details when downloading the Tender Documents as changes will be forwarded to the email address supplied.
