The Tender Contract requires the selected Contractor to undertake a major refurbishment and extension to the Mount Annan Leisure Centre.

Works will be staged as follow:

1. Separable Portion 1 (SP1)
* SP1 shall include the following scope of works
  * Relocation of Sydney Water Sewer Main
  * Bulk earthworks and retaining walls to carpark
  * Stormwater drainage and retention basin.
  * Sports hall (excluding timber floor finish) with temporary carpet covering.
  * Temporary Stage 2 entry, counters, services and communications for
  * Sports hall and Pool hall as identified on Plan A03
  * Any temporary works required to ensure safe public access to operational parts of the centre.
  * All information and works required to obtain Occupation Certificate for the Sports hall.

2. Separable Portion 2 (SP2)
* SP2 shall include the following scope of works
  * All remaining works under the contract
  * Installation of timber flooring to sports hall
  * Final works to the carpark
  * All information and works to obtain Occupation Certificate for the remaining site works
  * Landscaping
  * Removal of temporary works
  * The peripheral works will include new concourses with storm water drainage, new shade structure to existing concrete tiered seating, and a new backwash detention storage tank to be constructed underground and plumbed to sewer with pump out system.
