Apu Crescent (No.104-133) and Ohiro Road (No.153 to Todman Street) Sewer Renewals

⁠⁠⁠Wellington City Council has identified these sewer mains for replacement.

The works consists of the renewal of public sewer mains in Apu Crescent, Lyall Bay and Ohiro Road, Brooklyn.

This contract specifies an open trenching methodology to be used for the renewal of the sewer main and a section within private property to be completed by CIPP lining.

Tenders outlining alternative methodologies for replacement will be considered in accordance with clause 105.12 in the Schedule to Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers should clearly state their replacement/ renewal methodology and have a clear revised Schedule of Prices included in their tender submission.
