Tender Description
Tenders are invited for demolition works at Cannery site, Eden. The Tender is for the whole of the works, unless otherwise stated in the tender documents.
Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to:
1. Site mobilisation and establishment
2. Site management including services search
3. Site environmental controls
4. Disconnection of existing services
5. Asbestos removal as per Asbestos Audit & Risk Assessment Report
6. General demolition
a. Steel frame shed (593 m2)
b. Brick building (325 m2)
7. Extraction of any recyclable or reusable materials
8. Decommissioning of fish kill tank
9. Site clean-up & demobilisation
