Tender Description
Parramatta City Council invites tenders to establish a top-tier legal services provider for the provision of legal advice concerning the Riverbank Precinct project.
The successful proponent will be able to demonstrate:
* Specialisation or significant resourcing in Property Law
* Experience with similar projects of values in excess of $1b
* Maintain Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance policies of $50m
It is envisioned that this ITT process will provide Council with a single top-tier legal firm to:
develop and manage the tendering process for two phases of the Riverbank Precinct development; and
provide general legal advisory services across a range of matters that may arise from time to time across the project.
