Buildings, Structures and Improvements Valuation

⁠⁠⁠Kangaroo Island Council is seeking services for the Revaluation of Non Current Assets for financial reporting purposes in accordance with Australian Accounting Standard AASB116 Property Plant and Equipment.

The categories of Assets that Council requests quotes for valuation are:-
* Land                  Fair Value
* Easements        Fair Value
* Buildings           Replacement Cost
                          Written Down Value
                          Projected Insurance Value
                          Removal of Debris
* Structures         Replacement Cost
                          Written Down Value
                          Projected Insurance Value
                          Removal of Debris
* Improvements    Replacement Cost
                          Written Down Value
                          Projected Insurance Value
                          Removal of Debris

For assets for which there is no market-based evidence existing to determine fair value, a replacement cost approach is to be used to estimate fair value.
