Design & Construction of Road, Sea Wall and Car Park - Church Pt

⁠⁠⁠Pittwater Council invites Tenders for the design and construction of a sea wall, realignment of McCarrs Creek Road and a two level car park at Church Point. Construction works are required to commence no later than 16 May 2016.

The successful Tenderer is to provide the design and construction of the works at Church Point in accordance with the requirements of this Tender including the Specification (at Part G of Tender Documents) encompassing but not limited to the following:
1. Production of detailed Designs and Documentation for:
a) a piered seawall and pedestrian boardwalk
b) re-alignment of McCarrs Creek Road including drainage
c) a two level car park and facade
d) access connection from carpark to existing aquatic Commuter Wharf pontoon

including Technical Specification/s as per Technical Brief and Civil Works Package and Council's Concept Design Drawings.

2. Site establishment including survey and set-out, notice boards, site office, site facilities, plant on site etc.
3. Site Management including, site fencing and environmental protection including sediment and erosion control.
4. Identification and protection of any existing services.
5. Site Work Health & Safety management for all sub-contractors and site personnel in accordance with Work Cover regulations and procedures.
6. Vessel and vehicular traffic management.
7. Co-operation and coordination with all sub-contractors, service authorities, and other such parties as required for satisfactory completion of the works.
8. Supply of all materials and construction of the roadworks, seawall and two-level car park as described.
9. Site disestablishment including removal of equipment, site office, site facilities and plant on site and "Make Good".
10. Certification of the Design and Construction of all of the works described in this tender by a suitably qualified Engineer.
11. Reporting, "As Built Documentation" including Works as Executed Drawings, and surveys.
