PV16220 Spence St Chiller(s) Upgrade - Mechanical Services and Associated Works

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to replace the existing chillers at the Spence St Administration Centre.

Site Inspection: Tenderers will be invited during the tender period to attend a mandatory Site Inspection to view the chillers at Spence St Administration offices, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns on Thursday 17 December 2015 and Thursday 7 January 2016 at 1.30 PM AEST, where any clarification of the extent and type of the works can be obtained.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five (5) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE tender closing.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4.30 PM on Thursday 21st January 2016. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
