Tender Description
Tweed Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of suitably certified Company/Supplier (Principal Contractor) and a Company/Supplier qualified applicator (Subcontractor) to seal and make water tight through application of a membrane material, on the existing part of roofed area of the Tweed Civic Centre Building located at Tweed Heads, NSW.
The successful Company/Supplier (Principal Contractor) will be required to supply a warranty against defective material and workmanship for a period of at least five (5) years this will include all works carried out by the approved qualified applicator (Subcontractor).
