Supply and Delivery of Road Signs, Posts and Fittings - Standing Offer Arrangement

⁠⁠⁠The objective and outcome of this ITO is to establish a new standing offer arrangement for the supply and delivery of road signs, posts and fittings. The Department intends to establish this arrangement for a term of three (3) years with an option for the Principal to extend for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each.

The road signs, post and fittings are for the use of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and other interested Government authorities.

Products must conform to the relevant Australian Standard, Queensland Standards and Guidelines and TMR specifications and drawings, as outlined in section 3.4.3.1. The Offeror must comply with all the requirements of the Standing Offer Arrangement Conditions of Offer and the Standing Offer Arrangement Conditions, including all additional conditions of Offer and Contract or have departures which are acceptable to the Principal.

The scope of this offer includes delivery of all signs, posts and fittings delivered to the nominated regional areas as outlined in the ITO document. The Offeror must include both the pricing for the signs, posts and fittings and relevant delivery charges in the pricing schedule as the department will not be sourcing the transportation of the product/s separately.

Mandatory Requirements - Offerors must provide supporting documentation as evidence of meeting the below mandatory requirements, specifically for 3.4.3.2, 3.4.3.3 and 3.4.3.4 of the ITO document. Test certificates must also be provided as evidence of meeting relevant standards, guidelines and drawings.
