The Lockyer Valley Regional Council, through consultation with the community and business, has identified a need for a quality industrial development zone within the Lockyer Valley and is offering Part of Stage 1 GWIZ (described as Part of Lot 3 on SP154274) for sale and development of an Agricultural Industry Processing Facility.

Interested parties are invited to submit their tender by the nominated closing date and time.

Tender documents are available on Council’s website www.lvrc.qld.gov.au and are to be submitted electronically to gwizrft@urbis.com.au.
