Tender Description
The City seeks to engage a suitably experienced and Registered Building Contractor to undertake internal modifications to the Len Nisbett Pavilion.
The Scope of Works shall include but not be liited to the following;
I. Construction of a combined equal access toilet and changeroom;
II. Demolition work of existing areas as identified in the Specification; and
III. Obtaining of all necessary approvals.
