Invitation to Tender No. 58/2015 First Floor Addition to Existing Amenities Building at John Curtin Reserve, Winston Hills.

Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the construction of a first floor addition to an existing amenities building at John Curtin Reserve, Huxley Drive, Winston Hills.

The first floor addition comprises a 98 m2 meeting room, a small kitchen, a unisex disabled toilet, storage cupboards, an external open balcony, new entry stair and suspended entry ramp. The first floor construction will consist of light weight building materials built off an existing reinforced concrete roof slab including services consistent with this type of facility connected to existing systems.

A final decision will not be made regarding this Tender until the end of February 2016, with works anticipated to commence March 2016.

No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@parracity.nsw.gov.au.
