Management & Operation of Mittagong Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking a successful Tenderer to manage and operate Mittagong Caravan Park.

The successful Tenderer will manage and operate Mittagong Caravan Park. The current layout of the Mittagong Caravan Park is shown on the Site Layout which is attached to this RFT. The Caravan Park currently has the following sites and vans:
* There are 72 sites in total - there are 36 permanents and 36 tourist sites. Of the 36 permanents, 31 are owned by the resident who pays rental weekly plus power, 5 are owned by the current lessee/operator.
* There are 5 caravans on permanent sites. The current lessee/operator owns 11 cabins and 4 caravans with aluminium annexes attached that are on the tourist sites. In total the current lessee/operator own 20 cabins and caravans.
