The Shire of Upper Gascoyne (Principal) is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of the Gascoyne Junction Caravan Park, Tavern, Petrol Station and Roadhouse facilities.
The Principal is seeking interest from experienced commercial operators with the ability to successfully manage a 24hr self-service fuel station, a roadhouse and can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering a high standard of accommodation and food and beverage services.
