⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contracts:

Electronic Document Record Management System Upgrade (EDRMS) - (Phoenix Project)

The provision of an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) solution which meets Council’s legislative obligations, including Australian Records and Document Standards. The system is also required to comply with Victorian Electronic Records (VERS) Strategy.

The contract will be for a period of three (3) years initially with the option at Council’s discretion to extend for a further two (2) plus two (2) year.

Interested parties are invited to attend a Pre Tender meeting on December 15th, 11.00am – 12.00pm at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South. Minutes of this meeting will be distributed to interested parties who are unable to attend.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 4.00pm, 22nd January 2016.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Email or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
