Tender Description
SunWater is considering undertaking a range of maintenance works on the Fairbairn Dam Spillway and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Offerors who have experience with similar types of construction work. The priority for the Project will be on the 2:1 sloping section of the spillway and may or may not include:
* Providing safe and secure temporary access, including RPEQ certification where required for construction works; and/or
* Demolition of concrete to allow access to undertake works; and/or
* Supply and installation of ground anchors both stressed and passive; and/or
* Supply and installation of mass reinforced concrete which may include continuous pour techniques; and/or
* Repairs to the drainage system under the existing concrete slabs including supply and installation of new sections of drainage where required.
SunWater’s intention is for the final scope of work to be released as a single package as part of the Stage 2 of this procurement process. SunWater reserves the right to separate packages of work if required to meet the project objectives.
