* Background
  * The Public Transport Centre has 3 chillers located in the Plant Room on Level 2 that provide cooling for the air-conditioning system. The original chillers were installed in 1977 and are considered to be at end-of-life and due for replacement. Chillers 1 & 3 were replaced in 2013/14. Chiller 2 is now to be replaced. The original chiller 2 has now been removed.
* Scope of Works
  * Supply and install new 1200kW chiller, including all testing, commissioning and handover procedures, and supply of drawings and manuals.
  * The mechanical work is described as follows:
    * Installation of a 1200kW water cooled chiller to replace the existing chiller (chiller 2) in the 2nd floor plantroom of the PTC (please refer to PTA2015091 Book 4 - Attachment 1 - Specification for full details).
