Isaac Regional Council is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to assist Council with complying with stormwater and leachate management of the current landfill area at Moranbah Resource Recovery Centre. The site currently operates 7 days a week and needs to be operating within compliance guidelines in the capture of stormwater and leachate.
Tender Briefing / Site Inspection
* Tenderers are required to attend a Tender Briefing / Site Inspection on Friday, 11th December 2015 at 9AM AEST
* Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Tender is Mandatory
* The location of the meeting is at Moranbah Resource Recovery, Thorpe Street, Moranbah QLD 4744
* The site inspection will provde Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing time.
* Please confirm with the contact person Deb Schafer, Co-Ordinator Resource Recovery your attendance at this meeting no later than Thursday 10th December 2015 on 0409 081 979 or deb.schafer@isaac.qld.gov.au.
* Failure to attend this briefing / site inspection will render the tenderer ineligible to Tender.
Inductions
* All visitors must be signed into and out of the site and escorted during the briefing, furthermore all visitors must be made aware of IRC PPE requirements for that site and expected to wear this whilst on site.
* If the Company / Consultants is the successful tenderer for the scope of works then they must comply with IRC full induction process before attending site and starting works. This includes the corporate online induction and site induction by all employees engaged as part of these works.
