Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Painting, minor building works and replacement of fire systems equipment at the DISCON Centre, Gallipoli Barracks - Enoggera.
Replacement of degraded pump house equipment to a single facility at Swartz Barracks - Oakey.

Refurbishment Works - Design and construct of refurbishment and minor building works at the DISCON Centre, Gallipoli Barracks - Enoggera.

Fire Services - Design and construct of building fire detection systems (DISCON Centre - Enoggera) and fire pump house equipment (Swartz Barracks - Oakey). Whilst this will be delivered as a design and construct in unison with the other works, detailed design documentation is available for these items.
