FCMU2015.16-006 is a Request for Offer for the procurement of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Brief Intervention Training Program which will increase the skills, knowledge and confidence of health service providers to deliver tobacco, nutrition and physical activity brief intervention for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

Offers must be lodged using the 360Pro™ Procurement Portal (https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/Public/FCMUprod/PublicJobs.aspx), which is a secure system hosted and supported within Australia with features that enable online tender submission and evaluation.
The 360Pro™ Procurement Portal is a third party provided online portal that the Department of Health has selected to use for various social services procurement activities. 360Pro™ is able to be accessed using Internet Explorer 9+, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. Offerors do not pay to use 360Pro™, just register on behalf of your organisation, log in and begin compiling a Response, generically referred to in 360Pro as a ‘Job’ under Job Management.
