Tender Description
Tenders are invited from experienced landscaping contractors to construct a new playground in Jubilee Park, Parramatta within the Arthur Phillip Ward. The works comprise the construction of a new playground and includes minor excavation, hardworks, softworks, minor plumbing works, installation of landscape features including furniture and landscaping.
The works under the Contract shall include the provision of all labour, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, plant, transportation and services required to complete the works.
A final decision will not be made regarding this Tender until the end of February 2016, with works anticipated to commence end March 2016.
No pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@parracity.nsw.gov.au
Tenders close at 10.00am Tuesday 19 January 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
