The services provided shall include but are not limited to the following:
* Line haul road transport service (both FTL and LTL).
* Local courier and PUD road transport service within the Adelaide metro region.
* Out of gauge road transport service within the Port Adelaide area.

Personnel and Equipment
* Provision and management of all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and technical expertise to perform the requirements detailed in this Scope of Work.

Capability
* Capacity, equipment and infrastructure to service a wide range of freight categories, including Line Haul, Local transport PUD, Couriers which will deliver an efficient and reliable integrated logistics solution.
* Registered provider for the movement and handling of all classes of dangerous goods.
* Provision of technology that will support booking, proof of delivery, track and trace of consignments and assets and the ability to provide transparent standardised weekly operational reports.
* ASCO requires that all potential bidders will have a majority of Company owned and operated fleet and assets to support this Scope of Work.
