Tender Description
The Works comprise the work which is the redevelopment of the internal courtyard including storm water and reticulation alterations, civil works incorporating the removal of the existing bitumen surface and replacing with paving and associated work as reflected in the drawings and as described on the Form of Tender and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
