Tender Description
The City of Launceston is seeking tenders from experienced contractors for the Quadrant Mall - Redevelopment Project, Launceston through modern landscape, street furniture, lighting, drainage and associated works. The works include installation of underground services, lighting and electrical, new planters including performance stages, street furnitures, landscaping and earthworks associated with base preparation. The project also involves replacement of approximately 1,450 square metres of existing pavers by nominated sub-contractor.
Tender documents, which also include the process for receiving and assessing all tender submissions are available from the Customer Service Centre, City of Launceston, St John Street, Launceston or by phoning 03 6323 3000.
Contractors experienced in similar construction works are invited to tender.
Tenders close at the City of Launceston, Customer Service Centre on Wednesday 16 December, 2015 at 2.00pm.
