Demolition and Removal of Council Property at Old Bundaberg Showground

⁠⁠⁠Contractors are invited to Tender for the Demolition and Removal of Council Property at the Old Bundaberg Showground, 45 Burrum Street, Bundaberg West. Tenders endorsed “TEN/0062” will be received at LG Tender Box up to 2.00 pm AEST Tuesday 22 December 2015.

Council reserves the right to invite Tenderers to change their Tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. The lowest cost or any Tender may not be accepted.

Council shall not be bound to communicate and/or advertise the value of submissions of any Tenderer during public openings. Council shall notify attendees at the public opening of the name of the Company and the address of the registered office of the Company that have tendered for the respective Contract.
