Tender Description
PURPOSE: SPT361516WEL Supply and Delivery of Road Base Materials for Wellington Council (NSW) on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1/2/2016 and finish 30/01/2018 with provision for a 1 year option. (PANEL TENDER)
These materials include DGB gravels, non-specific alternative gravels sands etc.
Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.
2. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00 am, 22 December 2015.
At the completion of the tender process the winning tenderers will deal solely with Wellington Council (NSW).
A hard copy will also be required to be submitted for evaluation purposes to the Thornton office (Regional Procurement) as per the invitation to tender states. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document.
Wellington Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
