Tender Description
The project aims to undertake the following:
a) Stabilise and conserve the Queens Road Gatehouse to ensure that further deterioration of the significant fabric is prevented;
b) Construction of a new pavilion extension in an economic manner, while ensuring the best heritage outcomes and architectural standards;
c) Demolish the existing adjacent amenities block; and
d) Undertake landscaping works, including the restoration of traditional English garden landscapes at entrances to the park and strengthening of existing boundary planting.
