The objective for PQS4001 is for Energex is to prequalify a range of suppliers to secure the supply of professional engineering services including specialist requirements. Value for money through the EOI will involve comparative analysis of responses while ensuring probity and accountability throughout the process.

Applicants may apply for any of the following disciplines or a combination of all disciplines:
* Part A - General Engineering Services,
* Part B - Distribution Design Services,
* Part C - Protection System Design Services including Electrical Engineering for Generators and Fleet, or
* Part D - Mechanical Engineering for Generators and Fleet.

Whichever option is selected (Part A / B / C / D or all), it must be clearly communicated throughout the Expression of Interest and all relevant sections must be completed by the Applicant for each discipline they bid for.
