Tender Description
The Town of Bassendean is seeking to engage Contractors for the provision of the above services throughout Bassendean. This Contract will be split into two portions - Minor Works and Major Works.

The tender closes Thursday 10th December 2015 at 10:00am.
Tender Documents shaII be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "RFT CO 041 2015-16" "Supply, Cart and Install Asphalt - Separable Portions".
Tenderers must ensure they provide one bound and one unbound Tender Document and one CD or USB Storage device, in Microsoft Office format.
Failure to comply may cause the submission to be rejected and either:
1. Delivered by hand to the Council's Tender Box located in the Town's Customer Service Centre, 35 Old Perth Road, Bassendean; or
2. Mailed to Bob Jarvis, Chief Executive Officer, Town of Bassendean, PO Box 87, Bassendean, WA 6934.
Electronic mail and Facsimile Tenders will not be accepted. Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean councillors or officers will disqualify Tenderers from the Tender process.
