⁠⁠⁠Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of Digital Scanning Services - 510240

Brisbane City Council is seeking Proposals for the Provision of Digital Scanning Services. Council is seeking to use this RFP to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement.

Scope:
Council requires an organisation to provide scanning services to move a number of its official records from a paper form to electronic format.

Council will select paper records from the Eagle Farm facility and mark them for digitisation.

The Contractor will digitise the paper record to the agreed quality and return the records to Council along with the new scanned version.

The Contractor may be able to provide value added services within the chain, such as:
* Collection and delivery of records to and from the Eagle Farm facility;
* Filing of the electronic versions in the Council’s Electronic Document and Records Management System, HP TRIM; and
* Regular QA, monitoring and reporting.

Quality assurance is critical to the success of the project and reporting on throughput and quality will be required on a regular basis (weekly or monthly).
