Supply of Electricity to Flinders University

⁠⁠⁠Flinders University in Adelaide would like to enter into a contractual arrangement for the supply of electricity to its major campuses and buildings. The tender documents call for electricity supply for the following campuses located in Adelaide:
* Main Campus
* Mark Oliphant Building, near the main campus
* Tonsley Campus
* Victoria Square Campus

All sites are separately metered, with some sites consisting of multiple meters. Although most of these sites are metered at High Voltage the Victoria Square Campus is metered at Low Voltage and this will need to be considered by the tenderer.

Flinders University is seeking tenders from prospective retail providers to provide offers to supply electricity to the above sites. The offers should include pricing regimes that will reflect the electricity consumption required for these sites.
