Ausgrid invites the lodgement of Tenders in accordance with this Request for Template (RFT) Document for the Supply of Fabricated Steel Products and Forged Steel Fittings to Ausgrid's warehouse or nominated sites. The proposed contract term is three years with options to extend for two one-year terms at the discretion of Ausgrid.
The intent is to foster a relationship with a supplier or suppliers to achieve a predictable and reliable quality supply of Fabricated Steel Products & Fittings, with minimum stock holdings by Ausgrid resulting in overall cost reductions. The Items will be purchased as inventory and will be used in the construction of new, and maintenance of, existing distribution infrastructure.
