Tender Description
The Parklands Project is split in to 3 separate works areas;
* Work Area 1 consisting of Lots A & B
* Work Area 2 consisting of Lots C & D
* Work Area 3 consisting of Lot F
For the purpose of tendering the above work area splits are indicative only.
The final awarding of the works packages may result in multiple subcontractors undertaking various packages across the works areas. This will ultimately be determined based on subcontractor capability and competiveness of pricing.
Scope of Works for the Swimming Pools package comprises of:
1. Construction of 4 Swimming Pools - various sizes and layout
2. Supply and installation of pool pumps, filtration and associated equipment
3. Inclusive of surface finishes, handrails and the like
Delivery Schedule:
It is anticipated that these works will commence September 2016

Grocon and Industry Capablity Network (ICN) would like to invite you to register your interest in this package if you the have capability to undertake the scope of work.
Suppliers and manufacturers will only be considered for prequalification and tender lists if suitably qualified.
