Tuan Esplanade Carpark Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Tuan Esplanade Carpark upgrade.

Tuan Esplanade Car Park is approximately 26km southwest from Maryborough off the Boonooroo Road.

Works include improvements of the existing off-street parking facility to service the existing the boat ramp on the Esplanade at Tuan. The construction of approximately 3200m2 sealed car parks will allow for 19 car and trailer parks, 1 park for Coast Guard and 5 car parking spaces.

Works include clearing of existing trees, earthworks, pavement works, concrete edge restraint, bitumen surfacing, street furniture and restoration works.

Tenders marked “WKS06 -15/16 - Tuan Esplanade Carpark Upgrade, Tuan” must be lodged in the tender box in the foyer of the Hervey Bay Administration Centre, 77 Tavistock Street, Torquay, no later than 11am, Thursday 17 December 2015.
